1 范围

本标准界定了工业余能相关术语,规定了工业余能的分类和评价方法。

本标准适用于工业余能资源的评价。

2 术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

2.1

余能 surplus energy

工业生产工艺系统消耗输入能源后输出可利用的能量。

2.2

余能载体 surplus energy carrier

包含余能的物质。

2.3

余能量 quantity of surplus energy

余能的数量。

2.4

理论可利用余能量 theoretically available quantity
of surplus energy

以标准环境参数(温度25℃,压力0.1 MPa)、
完全氧化反应物质为基准,余能载体所具有的余

能量。

2.5

技术经济可利用余能量 technically and economiclly
available quantity of surplus energy

经技术经济评估后确定具有回收经济价值的最大可利用的余能量。

2.6

余能利用率 recovery rate of surplus energy

回收利用的余能量与理论可利用余能量比值。

注:以百分数表示。

2.7

余热 surplus heat

工业生产工艺系统消耗输入能源后输出可利用的热能。

2.8

余压 surplus pressure energy

工业生产工艺系统消耗输入能源后输出可利用的压力能。

2.9

化学余能 surplus chemical energy

工业生产工艺系统消耗输入能源后输出可利用的化学能。

2.10

余冷 waste cold energy

工业生产工艺系统消耗输入能源后,由于工质温度低于环境温度,系统可利用的能量。

2.11

可用势 available potential energy

单位工质在某一状态下的最大做功能力。

3 余能资源分类

工业余能根据余能类型分为以下几类:余热、余压、化学余能、余冷及其他余能。

根据工业余能载体形态分为以下几类:固态载体余能、液态载体余能、气态载体余能、混合态载体

余能。

4 工业余能资源评价

4.1 工业余能资源评价内容

工业余能资源评价应包括以下五个方面:

a) 余能量;

b) 能量密度;

c) 品 位 ;

d) 回收利用对环境的影响;

e) 余能资源等级。

4.2 余 能 量

4.2.1
余能量计算首先确定边界,边界可按区域(省、市、县、工业园、工厂地理区域)和系统(工艺系统) 划分。

4.2.2 余能量分为理论可利用余能量和技术经济可利用余能量。

4.2.3
理论可利用余能量针对余能载体的全部余能含量进行评价;技术经济可利用余能量用于评价现
有技术条件下具有回收经济价值的余能量。

4.2.4 余能量一般以年计,按式(1)进行计算:

Q 、— 年余能量,单位为千焦每年(kJ/a);

m;—— 第 i 种余能载体年总量,单位为千克每年或标准立方米每年(kg/a 或
m³/a);

hi—— 第 i 种余能载体比焓,单位为千焦每千克或千焦每标准立方米(kJ/kg 或
kJ/m³);

hz—— 第 i
种余能载体能量回收利用后比焓,单位为千焦每千克或千焦每标准立方米(kJ/kg

kJ/m³)。

注:计算理论可回收余能量时,h 为标准环境参数(温度25℃,压力0.1 MPa)
条件下余能载体比焓;计算技术经济

可利用余能量时,h
为采用具有经济价值的具体技术回收利用余能后,余能载体比焓。

4.2.5 余能利用率按式(2)计算:

er=Q,/Q,×100% …………… ………… ( 2)

式中:

E,—— 余能利用率;

Q— 年实际利用余能量,单位为千焦每年(kJ/a);

Q— 年理论可利用余能量,单位为千焦每年(kJ/a)。

4.3 余能密度

4.3.1 余能密度是指在余能载体单位质量或体积内包含的能量。

4.3.2 余能密度按式(3)计算:

q=Qy/M, ………………………… (3)

式中:

q —— 余能密度,单位为千焦每千克或千焦每标准立方米(kJ/kg 或 kJ/m³);

Q— 年理论可利用余能量,单位为千焦每年(kJ/a);

M,—— 年余能载体的质量或体积,单位为千克每年或标准立方米每年(kg/a 或
m³/a)。

4.4 品位

4.4.1 余能资源的品位采用可用势、温度和压力对其进行评价。

4.4.2 可用势按式(4)计算:

e=h Tos ………………………… (4)

式中:

e — 余能可用势,单位为千焦每千克(kJ/kg);

h — 余能载体比焓(包括标准反应焓的绝对值),单位为千焦每千克(kJ/kg);

T。——环境温度,单位为开(K);

s - 熵,单位为千焦每千克开[kJ/(kg ·K)]。

式(4)中用到的常见余能载体热力性质参见附录 A、附 录B。

4.4.3 采用标准环境参数(T 。=25℃ 、po=0. 1
MPa)可用势对余能进行评价,该参数下常见气体的可

用势e、焓 值h、熵 s 可查附录 A、附 录B。

4.4.4
根据项目实际环境情况,可采用实际环境参数可用势对余能进行评价;不同环境参数可用势按

式(5)计算:

es =et est ………………………… (5)

式中:

e 、— 实际环境参数余能可用势,单位为千焦每千克(kJ/kg);

er— 推荐环境参数余能可用势,单位为千焦每千克(kJ/kg);

est——余能载体处于实际环境时,标准环境参数余能可用势,单位为千焦每千克(kJ/kg)。

示例:温度600 K 的 空 气 标 准 环 境 参 数 可 用 势 e;=95.9796
kJ/kg(查附录可得),假设实际环境为400 K、标 准 大 气

压,则余能载体处于实际环境参数时,标准环境参数余能可用势e,=14.3280
kJ/kg(查附录可得),计算得出余能在实际

环 境 下 可 用 势e,=e;-e=81.6516 kJ/kg。

4.5 对环境的影响

工业余能按其载体排放对环境影响程度分为三类:

a) 超标排放,余能利用应考虑环保措施;

b) 达标排放,余能利用建议考虑环保措施;

c) 超净排放,余能利用可不考虑环保措施。

4.6 余能资源等级

4.6.1 按余能资源的可用势、温度、压力划分余能资源等级。

4.6.3 余能回收技术的选择应考虑能量密度、品位和对环境的影响。

4.6.4
因余能回收利用而增加或减少的环保投资,应相应增减余能回收利用投资额;因余能回收利用
而获得的环保相关收益,应折算增加余能的经济价值。

4.7 余能综合评价

余能综合评价见表2。
